# Connecting with Other Members

**Find Your People and Keep Them:** After a few months here you will notice the same handful of operators giving answers that are actually useful. **Account > Friends** is where you keep track of them, with your connections on one tab and any requests waiting on you on the other, each carrying a count.

## Context on every card

**Know Who You Are Talking To:** Each card shows the member's concept alongside their name, so you can see at a glance that the advice is coming from a sandwich shop and not a bakery. That matters more than it sounds: the same labor advice does not survive the trip between formats.

From the card you can **Message** them directly or **Remove** the connection.

**Accepting Pays Both of You:** When you accept a friend request, both you and the other member earn XP. Connecting is treated as participation, because it is.

## Blocking someone

**A Clean Exit:** **Blocked Users** lives on the same page. Blocking is not just a mute on your inbox: threads from anyone you have blocked are withheld from you across the whole community, on the hub and on every board. You will not scroll past them again.

You can unblock from the same screen whenever you want.
