# Inviting People with Your Referral Link

**The Operator Who Needs This Is Probably in Your Phone:** You know someone who is about to open, or who is two years in and still guessing at food cost. **Account > Referrals** gives you a personal link to send them, and rewards you when they join.

## Your link and your code

**One Button, Not a Text Selection:** The page shows your referral link with a **Copy Link** button next to it, so you can grab it on a phone without fighting a text selection. Your referral code is shown underneath on its own, which is handy when you would rather say it out loud than send a URL.

## Watch what your invitations actually do

**Signed Up Is Not the Same as Stuck:** Three counters track the difference:

- **Total Referrals**, everyone who came in through your link
- **Conversions**, the ones who became paying members
- **Rewards Earned**, what that is worth to you

That split is the honest one. Plenty of people sign up for something and never come back, and the counters do not pretend otherwise.

## The detail behind the numbers

**Referral History:** A table listing each referral with the date it happened, its status (**signed up** or **converted**), and whether the reward has been **Granted**. So if you are waiting on a reward, you can see exactly where that referral got to.
