# Reviewing and Reopening Completed Orders

Orders do not stop existing when they leave the board. When a customer comes back to the counter, the completed list is where you find their ticket.

## Look back at what just went out

Completed tiles show **when they were prepared** rather than a running timer, so you can see at a glance whether the order in question went out two minutes ago or twenty.

## Reopening one

A completed ticket can be put back on the live board. That is the right move when a drink has to be remade: reopening keeps it as the same order rather than inventing a new one, so your service-time figures and your inventory both stay attached to the real thing that happened.

> \[!TIP]
> Reopen rather than ringing in a replacement when you are remaking a drink you already charged for. A new order would count as extra revenue you never took.

## What you should see

A short list of recent tickets you can search when somebody comes back, and remakes that stay attached to the order they belong to.
