Miss a day and it moves to a catch-up list instead of quietly disappearing. Tomorrow stays locked until tomorrow! **The Course Comes With It:** Every Workshop includes the course it is built on, free while the Workshop runs, and the page tells you exactly when that access ends. Academy Plus members keep the course for good, plus the live AMA and hot-seat sessions and every replay. **Prompts That Land When You Can Read Them:** Pick your time when you enroll, 7 AM before the rush or 7 PM after close, in your own timezone. Already finished the course? You will not get a reminder to start it. Everything we email you also lives on your Workshop page, so a missed email never costs you the day. **Your Results Stay Yours:** Finish and your completion, badge, and check-in answers stay on your Workshop history for good, right alongside the discussions you started. Write your question the way you always would, add up to six answers, and let the room vote instead of counting replies by hand. "Which POS?" and "how many locations before you hired a GM?" finally get a straight answer. **One Answer or Several:** Flip **Allow people to choose more than one answer** when the question is not either/or — like which boards someone actually reads. On those polls the percentages can add up past 100%, because they show the share of *people*, not the share of clicks. **Give It a Deadline, or Don't:** Set an end time and the poll closes itself, showing the final tally to anyone who arrives late. Leave it blank and it stays open as long as the thread does. **Change Your Mind:** Tap a different answer to move your vote, or tap your own answer again to take it back. Results are visible from the start — no voting blind just to see where everyone else landed. **See Who Voted:** On the thread page, click the vote count under any answer to see exactly which operators picked it. Worth knowing who to ask a follow-up question. **Pictures Work Too:** Add an image to any answer when you are comparing layouts, plating, or signage — anything easier to show than describe. **On Your Phone as Well:** Polls render and vote on mobile, and the Community tab now has a proper composer, so you can start a discussion — poll and all — without opening a laptop. Lessons you have already completed start from the top, so rewatching one is still easy. **Built For Learning In Gaps:** Twenty minutes between the lunch rush and prep is enough to move a course forward when you are not spending five of them finding your spot. Scroll a board, see good advice, and push it up the list without clicking through. The count updates the moment you tap it. **Good Answers Rise:** An upvote also sends XP to the operator who wrote the thread, so the people worth reading get credit for it. You cannot vote up your own posts, which keeps the standings honest. **The Important Stuff Stays Put:** Pinned threads now carry a **Pinned** chip and sit at the top of the board whether you are sorting by Recent or by Top. House rules and the threads worth reading twice stop sliding off the bottom. **Blocked Means Blocked:** If you have blocked someone, their threads no longer show up on **Community** or on any board page. Your feed is yours. Turn them on during a loud shift and they stay on. **Attachments That Open:** Worksheets and other lesson resources now open properly in a new tab instead of failing silently, and we repaired the links that were pointing nowhere. **Cleaner Audio Lessons:** Audio-only lessons got a tidier player, and the Enroll button now stays in its loading state until the page is actually ready.
