Learn From People Doing It Right Now: Courses are recorded, which makes them convenient and a little one-directional. Events are live: Q&As and workshops where you can put your actual situation in front of someone and get an answer back the same hour.

Finding what is coming up

Events Lists the Schedule: Each entry shows the date and time, so you can see at a glance whether it lands in the middle of a shift or somewhere you could actually sit down. Upcoming events also surface on your dashboard when you sign in, so you are reminded without having to go looking.

Holding your place

RSVP From the List or the Event: You can RSVP straight from the list, or open the event first to read the full description. The event page shows how many operators have already said they are coming, which is a reasonable signal of whether the topic has hit a nerve.

Your RSVP is visible on the event afterwards, so you can check what you have committed to.

Member-only events

Some Are Academy Plus: A few events are for Academy Plus members. You will still see that they are happening and what they are about, but the joining details are held back unless your membership is active. Upgrading opens them immediately, including any that are already scheduled.

If you miss one

Replays: Most events are recorded. If the timing was impossible, check the replay library rather than writing the session off.
