Sharing a Win
Contents3 sections
A Board for the Good Weeks: Most of the community is people working through problems. Wins & Milestones is the one board that is not. It is where operators post the month the overtime finally hit zero, or the second location that broke even ahead of the model.
It also works differently from every other board, which is worth knowing before you go looking for the usual buttons.
It looks different on purpose
Cards, Not a Question List: Instead of the standard thread rows you get achievement cards, tagged as an Achievement or a Milestone. And instead of New Discussion, the button reads Share a Win.
If you came here looking for the normal posting flow and could not find it, that is why.
Posting yours
Two Fields, One That Matters: The modal asks what the win was, and the detail behind it.
The detail is the part worth writing. "First full month with zero overtime" is a good headline, but the useful post explains that you stopped building the schedule around who wanted hours and started building it around the sales-per-hour pattern. The headline is the celebration; the detail is what another operator can actually copy.
Show the Numbers Properly: The details box is the same rich text editor as a discussion body, with a formatting toolbar. The before-and-after behind your win can go in as a list or a small table instead of one long paragraph, which is exactly the form another operator can copy from.
Small Wins Count: The most useful posts on this board are rarely the dramatic ones. A change that took a year to get right and saved four hours a week is worth more to the person reading it than a record sales day.
